Associated and involved Partners
All the stakeholders participating in the architectural and urban contemporary heritage value chain are represented in the ARURCOHE implementation. National branches and university chairs of UNESCO, ICOMOS and DOCOMOMO, National Agencies, professional associations and Construction companies networks (representing more de 300 companies) as well as renowed foundations are involved. They are all disposed to host master dissertation students. The role of all participants is very well defined: lecturers for "formation and motivation", external agencies for "confirmation and motivation", experienced professionals for "motivation" and the construction companies for "market knowledge and skill needed for the young workers". Finally, research companies will transfer to the students the objectives and results of the European research projects focused on the architectural and urban fields. Faculty of Architecture of Porto University (FAUP) will has a relevant role.
The Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto (FAUP) offers the possibility for two or three students to carry out the Master's Thesis (Master Dissertation work) at its headquarters. In these cases a professor of FAUP will be co-responsible for the work.
